MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — The Patriots’ hot streak lasted exactly one week before the team turned cold Sunday in muggy South Florida.The 2-6 Patriots couldn’t keep up with the speedy Dolphins in Week 8’s 31-17 intra-division loss. An 18-year-old St. Catharines man is in custody for allegedly threatening three Brock University students with a gun on Saturday.Niagara police say just before 6 p.m. the suspect went to the university campus located on Sir Isaac Brock Way to confront three other people over a previous dispute. It was then that he allegedly threatened them while displaying what appeared to be a handgun.The three students fled for their safety and locked themselves inside a dormitory until police arrived. Neither suffered any physical injuries as a result of the confrontation.Just after 7 p.m. police went to a home in north St. Catharines and arrested the suspect without incident. SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The start of the commercial Dungeness crab season in California has been delayed for the sixth year in a row to protect humpback whales from becoming entangled in trap and buoy lines.The state Department of Fish and Wildlife said commercial crabbing will be delayed until at least Dec. 1. Ontario residents who are six months and older will be able to receive their free flu shot and the new COVID-19 vaccine starting on Monday. MARSEILLE, France (AP) — The French league soccer game between host Marseille and Lyon was postponed on Sunday after Lyon coach Fabio Grosso suffered a head injury when the team bus came under attack from fans throwing projectiles. A few minutes before the scheduled kickoff time, a message on the giant screen at Stade Velodrome said: “Dear supporters, the game will not be played tonight.”The Lyon team bus was hit on the way to the stadium, shattering some windows. TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — At least two people are dead and a suspect is in custody after a shooting in the heart of Ybor City, Florida's nightlife scene, police said.
