California man kills brother in Utah before dying in police shootout, Ring video shows A Long Beach man killed his brother and injured his sister-in-law at their Utah home on Thursday, April, 27 before dying in a shootout with police, authorities said.In a video released by the Weber County Attorney, 66-year-old Jeffrey Roberts is seen on a Ring doorbell camera shooting into the North Ogden residence after a brief conversation at the front door with his brother Scott. He then shot and injured his sister-in-law, Jodi, who cannot be seen in the video.
