One Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Accident on Ray RoadMESA, AZ (March 8, 2023) – Friday afternoon, one rider was pronounced dead after a motorcycle crash on Sossaman Road.Dispatchers responded to the scene at the intersection of Ray and Sossaman Road on February 17th near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.Per reports, the driver of a truck attempted to turn left onto southbound Sossaman Road and struck the motorcyclist. Upon impact, the rider was ejected from the motorcycle onto the road, causing head trauma.Medical personnel arrived and pronounced the rider dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.Meanwhile, the truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Investigators also say the rider was not wearing a helmet at the time.Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. 18-Year-Old Student Fatally Struck in Motorcycle Accident near Foxen Vineyard and WinerySISQUOC, CA (March 8, 2023) – Sunday morning, Nathan Johnson was fatally struck in a motorcycle crash on Foxen Canyon Road.The incident occurred just before 10:00 a.m., at the 7600 block of Foxen Canyon Road, near Foxen Vineyard & Winery.According to the California Highway Patrol, a Yamaha R6 motorcycle going south collided head-on with a northbound Honda Accord.Investigators claimed that the rider crossed the double yellow lines and crashed into the Accord.Responding personnel declared the motorcyclist, 18-year-old Johnson of Santa Maria, dead at the scene. The Arapahoe County Sheriff on Wednesday declared the case of poisoning at an Aurora Taco Bell closed, clearing Taco Bell employees of wrongdoing.Sheriff’s department investigators relied on surveillance cameras inside the Taco Bell at 16700 E.
