Police say 1 teenager is dead, 2 people wounded after shooting at Oklahoma high school football game CHOCTAW, Okla. (AP) — A teenager has died and two people were wounded after being shot during a Friday night high school football game in Oklahoma in which a police officer also fired a weapon, authorities said Saturday. Two people were injured while fleeing the scene.The 16-year-old boy died of a wound suffered in the shooting during the third quarter of the Friday night game between Choctaw High School and Del City High School, according to a statement by Choctaw Police Chief Kelly Marshall.The boy was not a student of either school, according to Marshall, who did not release the names of any of the victims.Marshall did not announce any arrests, but said that a person of interest was being sought.“It is believed an argument started between at least two males which led to the shooting,” Marshall said. “Two guns and eight rounds were recovered at the scene.”Marshall did not immediately return a phone call for additional comment.Marshall said a 42-year-old man was hospitalized in sta...

Man, 23, killed in double shooting in west end identified Police have identified a 23-year-old man who was killed in a double shooting in the city’s west end.Nakhari Negus Henry-Robinson was one of two people found suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of Northcliffe Boulevard and St. Clair Avenue around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday night. Residents in the area told CityNews they heard at least a dozen shots coming from inside the Royal Caribbean Cafe and that a wounded man ran out of the restaurant and into a pizza shop across the street. Henry-Robinson was taken to a nearby trauma centre where he was pronounced dead. A 51-year-old woman who was also found with gunshot wounds was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A firearm was discovered at the scene, according to police.There is no suspect information at this time.

Fire crews battling 2-alarm blaze near Union Station Fire crews are battling a two-alarm fire near Union Station. Firefighters were called to 141 Bay Street, just south of Front Street, around 1:15 p.m. Saturday. Black smoke could be seen coming from the roof of a building under construction in the area.Fire officials say crews have knocked down the main body of fire. No injuries have been reported so far. GO Transit says they have been asked to clear some train tracks so that firefighters could position equipment to better fight the blaze, however, there are no service impacts at this time. The TTC is not reporting any major service impacts with its subways at Union Station. Incumbent President Ali Bongo Ondimba was seeking a third seven-year term and to continue a 55-year political dynasty. Uber driver carjacked, held at gunpoint in north St. Louis ST. LOUIS - An armed suspect carjacked an Uber driver by holding him at gunpoint overnight in north St. Louis. The incident unfolded around 1 a.m. Saturday near Interstate 270 and Riverview Drive near the city-county line. The suspect was an Uber customer inside the car. Five new Missouri laws to know that become official Monday Investigators say the victim, a 41-year-old man, was driving the suspect when he produced a handgun and pressed it to the victim's head.
