Federal authorities will not bring charges against U.S. Border Patrol agents who shot and killed a Native American man outside his home in southern Arizona earlier this year.Late last month, federal prosecutors in Arizona invited the family of 58-year-old Raymond Mattia to meet in Sells, Arizona, a main population center of the Tohono O’odham Nation, which spans large swaths of the U.S.-Mexico border.Mattia’s loved ones and legal team attended the September 19 meeting under the impression that lingering questions surrounding Mattia’s May 18 killing would finally be answered. Instead, the family says they were given general descriptions of the law alongside confirmation that the officers and agents involved in the shooting would not face charges. Federal prosecutors, joined by a tribal liaison and an FBI agent, refused to answer questions as to how, specifically, the government reached its conclusion.“It felt like we lost him again.”“It’s kind of still surreal,” Mattia’s niece, Yvonn...Dimitrov rallies to beat Alcaraz in Shanghai. I think we both played a solid set. He made a few errors and I was very solid and served well when I had to.”Dimitrov will next meet 22nd-seeded Nicolas Jarry, who beat wild-card entry Diego Schwartzmann 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 to make the last ei...England happy to be unpopular at Rugby World Cup if it means beating Fiji to reach semifinals

AIX-EN-PROVENCE, France (AP) — To reach the Rugby World Cup semifinals, England’s players will have to make themselves more unpopular than they already are. They’ve no problem with that.“Outside of England, I think people probably don’t really like us too much,” England hooker Jamie George said on Wednesday, four days out from the team’s quarterfinal against Fiji — the darlings of the tournament because of their style of play and underdog status.“And we’re OK with that.”The English appear to be adopting an ‘us against the world’ mentality as a form of motivation ahead of their biggest match since the Rugby World Cup final in 2019, when they lost to South Africa. On Tuesday, Billy Vunipola described England as everybody’s “first least-favorite team.”“In terms of being public enemy No. 1, we are happy to take that mantle,” the England No. 8 said.“We are seeing a lot of teams being talked up. Apparently there’s a top four in international rugby,” Vunipola added, presumably referring to I...El primer ministro de Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, forma un nuevo gobierno de emergencia
