BOULDER — Who needs Will Ferrell when you’ve got Lil Wayne and Ralphie?A year ago at this time, the home sideline at Folsom Field was radioactive. Now it’s the new Crypto.com Arena, the sporting venue where stars — we’re talking A-list dudes: The Rock, Master P, Offset, Terrell Owens — want to be seen.“That doesn’t happen anywhere, for real, unless you’re in Los Angeles and you’re winning,” LenDale White, former Broncos running back, USC star and Chatfield High state champ told me a few days ago. “Bama? People don’t stop there (unless) you’re winning. (Then) people want to be a part of that.“But for people to already be at CU and seeing that excitement already. I haven’t seen that effect in college football. Even in my (time at USC), I was on teams where we had two Heisman winners and my spring game never had a sellout crowd or stuff like what the CU spring game had.”White was a Denver ki...Broncos Journal: Cornerback Damarri Mathis has a plan to overcome his early season struggles: “Play with swag”

Damarri Mathis is no stranger to slow starts. As a rookie, he drew four defensive pass interference penalties in his first career start Week 6 at the Los Angeles Chargers. Now a second-year player, Mathis has struggled out of the gates as the Broncos’ starting cornerback opposite Pat Surtain II.Playing across from Surtain, who most quarterbacks tend to avoid from the start, is not easy duty by any stretch. But Mathis has been picked on. Las Vegas did it with Jakobi Meyers while Surtain put down a quietly ridiculous performance against All-Pro Davante Adams. Then Washington worked to get Terry McLaurin matched up with Mathis, too.Sunday against Miami, well, pretty much everybody struggled.Mathis, the former Pitt standout, is most comfortable in man coverage and still learning the nuances of NFL defensive systems. He’s shown he can be a physical tackler, but has missed his share — it’s been a common theme for Denver’s defense in general — so far through three games.Mathis told The Post t...Single family residence sells for $2.5 million in Palo Alto

Downloadable expansions have changed over the years. They used to be ways for developers to capitalize on content that went on the cutting room floor, but slowly, as games left the brick-and-mortar retailers, and became digital, this content became more elaborate and in some cases transformed into projects that were just as good as the original. The past few weeks saw two big expansions. The first comes from CD Projekt Red, which launched its “Phantom Liberty” expansion for “Cyberpunk 2077” and the second is “Separate Ways,” a side story that tells Ada Wong’s side of things in “Resident Evil 4.” That’s in addition to a surprise release from Valve, which doesn’t happen every day. Here’s what you should be playing this weekend: “Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty” — After a disastrous 2020 launch, CD Projekt Red didn’t write off its sci-fi epic. A Newport Beach surgeon and his girlfriend are once again charged with drugging a woman, after an Orange County Superior Court judge on Thursday allowed prosecutors to refile criminal charges in the high-profile case that he had recently thrown out.The ruling by Judge Michael Leversen means Dr. Grant Robicheaux and Cerissa Riley are both once again charged with poisoning a woman and furnishing her with PCP, while Riley is also charged with providing her with cocaine. An additional half-dozen charges against Robicheaux — related to various drugs and allegedly illegal weapons found by police during a search of his home — remain. After a series of legal setbacks — including the same judge earlier this year throwing out far more serious sexual assault-related charges that first drew international headlines to the case — Thursday’s ruling was a courtroom victory for prosecutors.
